Zayed Organisation And Fresh On Table To Open Food Centres, Employ People Of Determination
The Zayed Higher Organisation for People of Determination has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Fresh on Table. This agreement aims to establish centres dedicated to the collection, storage, and distribution of various food products such as fruits, vegetables, fish, poultry, dairy products, honey, and other animal products.
A primary goal of this partnership is to create job opportunities for People of Determination. The initiative seeks to enhance their professional skills and ensure job security. Abdullah Al Humaidan, Secretary-General of the Zayed Higher Organisation, and Atul Chopra, Founder and CEO of Fresh on Table, signed the MoU in a ceremony attended by senior officials from both organisations.

Under the terms of the agreement, the Zayed Higher Organisation will provide land and buildings for these centres. They will also assist Fresh on Table in obtaining necessary permits and approvals. Additionally, the organisation will recommend candidates for employment at these centres.
Fresh on Table will be responsible for designing, constructing, and equipping the facilities. They will also train and employ People of Determination. The company will manage daily operations including storage, sterilisation, distribution, and maintenance while monitoring overall performance.
Al Humaidan highlighted the partnership's role in supporting local agriculture. He noted that it promotes sustainability by reducing carbon footprints through local production and consumption. He emphasised that this initiative not only markets organic produce but also provides stable employment to People of Determination, equipping them with essential job market skills.

Chopra expressed pride in strengthening their partnership with the Zayed Higher Organisation through this significant agreement.
