The Supreme Organising Committee will meet with the CEO of the National Kidney Foundation in Florida on Thursday. They will discuss final arrangements for the marathon. Al Kaabi will also review the foundation's work for kidney failure patients, including its programmes, research, and future projects.

Al Kaabi stated, "The Zayed Charity Marathon began in Abu Dhabi in 2001, inspired by an idea from President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to support charitable and humanitarian causes. It was introduced to the United States in 2005, with New York hosting previous editions annually, and expanded to Egypt in 2014."

This year's event marks a significant milestone as it supports the National Kidney Foundation in Florida. The marathon has become a historic occasion that continues to build on its legacy of charity work across different regions.

Miami Mayor Francis Suarez highlighted that this marathon is more than just a race; it serves as a platform for change. It sends a powerful message about kidney disease awareness, affecting over 35 million Americans each year.

"We are thrilled to invite people from all walks of life to join us for the Zayed Charity Marathon next Saturday. What makes this event unique is its connection to Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the founder of the UAE, whose legacy of philanthropy inspires everyone, particularly in supporting patients and those in need," Mayor Suarez added.

The Zayed Charity Marathon remains a key event supporting charitable causes in the UAE, Egypt, and the United States. It raises funds dedicated to treating patients and continues to be a beacon of hope for many individuals worldwide.
