H.H. Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan noted that this edition focuses on empowering youth with skills in humanitarian diplomacy. He stressed that young people are vital in leading peace efforts and promoting stability. As future ambassadors, they can advance humanitarian initiatives within their nations through international collaboration.

Dr. Al Neyadi expressed confidence in their ability to tackle complex issues with effective communication and negotiation skills.

The programme collaborates with several institutions including the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy and international bodies like Harvard and UNITAR. Participants from nine Arab countries will engage in various training sessions and workshops covering topics such as humanitarian diplomacy fundamentals, international law, and advanced financial diplomacy.

Dr. Mohamed Al Dhaheri from the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy explained that their approach combines practical experience with theoretical knowledge. This method aims to develop strategic thinkers who can navigate international relations complexities and enhance UAE’s global standing.

The training will include meetings with experts and cover decision-making mechanisms, alliance building, managing relationships, protecting vulnerable groups, and responsible institutional spending. These sessions aim to shape creative diplomats capable of addressing regional and international challenges effectively.

This programme reflects UAE's commitment to fostering young leaders who can contribute positively on a global scale. By equipping them with modern diplomatic tools, it ensures they are prepared for future challenges while promoting peaceful solutions through international cooperation mechanisms.
