Tariq Saeed Allay, the Director-General of the Sharjah Government Media Bureau (SGMB), has recently announced the upcoming eighth edition of the Xposure International Photography Festival. This event, renowned for its extensive showcase of photographic art, is poised to welcome a vast audience from both the United Arab Emirates and beyond. With its largest edition yet, Xposure 2024 promises an unparalleled experience for photography enthusiasts and professionals alike.
The festival, set to unfold at the Expo Centre Sharjah from 28th February to 5th March, will cover an impressive area of 32,888 square metres. It will feature 90 solo and group exhibitions, bringing together 400 of the world's most distinguished photographers. These artists will share 2,500 unique stories, offering visitors a rich tapestry of human experience and creativity. The final inspection tour led by Allay underscored the festival's readiness and its ambition to deliver a memorable and inspiring event.
