X-SEED Ventures LLC, a prominent UAE-based investment and business consultancy firm, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Armadillo Speciality Vehicles Ltd. This agreement, signed at the 21st Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX), aims to locally assemble Armadillo’s high-end expedition recreational vehicles (RVs) in the UAE. The partnership will cater to markets in the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe.
