World Bank And Saudi Ministry Of Finance Open Registration For 2025 Fellowship Program To Enhance National Talent
The World Bank Group (WBG) has opened registration for the "World Bank Group Saudi Fellowship Program," running from May 20 to June 9. This initiative, launched by the Saudi Ministry of Finance in collaboration with the WBG, aims to develop national talent by providing opportunities to work at WBG headquarters in Washington, D.C., or at its regional offices globally.
A virtual session is scheduled for May 22 to introduce potential applicants to the program's goals, admission requirements, and application process. This session will also facilitate connections with WBG recruitment experts. The fellowship offers a high-level professional experience for those passionate about international development.

Selected fellows will engage in WBG projects focusing on policy and strategy formulation, development program design, and tackling significant global issues like poverty. They will collaborate with governments, private sectors, and civil society in developing countries. This experience aims to enhance their technical skills in crucial development areas.
In previous years, the program successfully attracted a notable group of young Saudi professionals. It strengthened their technical capabilities and increased Saudi representation within the World Bank Group. The fellowship reflects ongoing efforts by the Saudi Ministry of Finance and the Kingdom’s Executive Director’s Office at the WBG to promote Saudi participation in international organizations.
The fellowship provides an opportunity for Saudis to play an effective role in global development. By participating, individuals can contribute significantly to addressing major global challenges while gaining valuable experience in international development settings.
For those interested in applying, registration details are available on the World Bank's website: World Bank Group Saudi Recruitment Program.
