WETEX 2024 Highlights Innovative Technologies To Enhance Energy Production And Distribution Efficiency

The 26th edition of the Water, Energy, Technology and Environment Exhibition (WETEX) 2024 is set to showcase cutting-edge solutions in energy production, transmission, and distribution. The event will feature a range of products including substations, generators, transformers, power cables, and circuit breakers. The exhibition will take place from 1st to 3rd October 2024 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Organised by the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), WETEX is held under the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and patronage of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum. This annual event aims to highlight advancements in energy technologies and equipment.

Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of DEWA and Founder and Chairman of WETEX, stated that WETEX is among the largest specialised exhibitions globally. He mentioned that it offers solutions to enhance energy production efficiency and improve transmission and distribution networks' capacity and controls.
