Uzbek Pilgrims Commend Saudi Program For Easing Hajj And Umrah

Pilgrims from Uzbekistan, guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Program for Hajj, Umrah, and Visit, have highlighted the program's role as a global platform facilitating Hajj and Umrah. The initiative serves as an international bridge for communication among scientific, religious, intellectual, economic, and media figures.

Uzbek diplomat Abdulrafiq Hashim praised the program for its high-quality services, including reception, accommodation, hospitality, healthcare, tours, visits, and streamlined visa and travel procedures. He described it as a global humanitarian project that has enabled many to fulfil their dream of performing Hajj.

Uzbeks Praise Saudi Hajj Program

Hashim shared his experiences from his tenure as a consul in Jeddah between 2002 and 2006. During this period, he became familiar with Saudi values, customs, and heritage. He noted the respect for communities of all backgrounds and the generous hospitality extended to all.

Hashim also participated in the washing of the Kaaba ceremony, entering it and praying there. He observed the dedication of the Kingdom's leadership and citizens in serving and caring for the holy sites and visitors to the Grand Mosque.

Pilgrim Shakir Atakhanov expressed his happiness at being in the Kingdom to perform Hajj for the first time. "I cannot describe my feelings as I witness the exceptional reception and see the joy in the eyes of the Saudi people as they welcome pilgrims," he said.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Program continues to be a significant initiative in facilitating religious pilgrimages and fostering international communication among various sectors.
