The economic ties between Saudi Arabia and the United States are profound. From 2013 to 2024, their trade volume reached nearly $500 billion. The Saudi-US Investment Forum facilitated numerous meetings with private sector leaders and major companies from both countries, creating partnership opportunities worth $600 billion.

Agreements exceeding $300 billion were signed across various sectors during these meetings. This collaboration supports Saudi Arabia's efforts to diversify its economy and invest in promising sectors within the U.S., aligning with Vision 2030 goals. The partnership spans key developmental and strategic areas, enhancing long-term economic growth.

The Foreign Minister praised President Trump's decision to lift sanctions on Syria. He described it as a significant step towards rebuilding Syria and expressed hope for its stability and revival. The leaders also discussed regional developments in Yemen, Lebanon, and Sudan, affirming support for efforts aimed at achieving security and prosperity.

The Kingdom reiterated its commitment to a two-state solution, advocating for an independent Palestinian state along the 1967 borders. Prince Faisal emphasized the agreement between Saudi Arabia and the United States on ending the war in Gaza, securing hostages' release, and ensuring humanitarian aid flow.

His Highness underscored Saudi Arabia's constructive role in promoting peaceful solutions through international cooperation. The strategic Gulf-American partnership was highlighted by the U.S.-Gulf Summit, showcasing shared dedication to strengthening cooperation across all fields.

Efforts Towards Syrian Stability

A meeting involving U.S. President Trump, Syrian President Ahmad Al-Sharaa, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan via teleconference took place. They discussed supporting Syria's stability by overcoming economic challenges and alleviating suffering following the lifting of sanctions.
