US President Donald Trump Praises UAE's Key Role In His Peace Plan To End Gaza War

US President Donald Trump praised the UAE for its significant support in backing his peace initiative aimed at ending the conflict in Gaza. During a speech to global leaders in Egypt, Trump highlighted "peace in the Middle East" as he introduced his plan to resolve the Gaza war.

"This is the day that people across the region and around the world have been working, striving, hoping and prayed for," Trump said. "They have done things over the last month that I think were really unthinkable. Nobody thought this could happen. With the historic agreement we've just signed, those prayers of millions have finally been answered."

Trump acknowledged the vital role played by Arab and Islamic nations in supporting this agreement. He expressed his appreciation to countries like the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Türkiye, and Qatar for their contributions to this significant achievement.

The President extended special thanks to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi of Egypt for hosting the event with generosity and warmth. He also commended Egypt's leadership role in facilitating this peace process.

Trump described this breakthrough as more than just an end to conflict in Gaza. He envisioned it as a new beginning for a united and prosperous Middle East, free from terror. "From this moment forward, we can build a region that’s strong and stable and prosperous and united in rejecting the path of terror once and for all," he stated.

"A new and beautiful day is rising," he said. "And now, the rebuilding begins."

Trump emphasised that this historic agreement marks a turning point not only for Gaza but for the entire region. He expressed hope that it would lead to lasting stability and prosperity throughout the Middle East.
