Skilled employees, on the other hand, must have a valid employment contract and be classified within the first, second, or third occupational level as per the standards set by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation. The education requirement for skilled employees also includes holding a minimum of a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Furthermore, they must receive a salary of not less than Dh15,000 per month to qualify for the Green visa.
