UN Delegation Praises UAE's Humanitarian Support During Visit To Gaza Field Hospital
The UAE field hospital in Gaza recently hosted a high-level United Nations delegation. Led by Dr. Ramiz Alakbarov, the UN Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator in the Palestinian territories, the team assessed the UAE's ongoing support for Gaza's health sector during this critical period.
During their visit, the delegation explored the Operation Chivalrous Knight 3 warehouses. They received briefings on equipment, operational processes, and the volume of aid delivered to Gaza residents. The preparation and distribution methods were also explained to ensure efficient aid delivery to vulnerable groups.

The delegation was informed about the medical and humanitarian services offered at the hospital. They learned about how emergency cases are managed and how the medical team operates around the clock to provide urgent care. This highlighted the UAE's commitment to supporting Gaza's health sector.
Dr. Alakbarov praised Operation Chivalrous Knight 3’s progress, acknowledging the UAE’s leading role in providing urgent humanitarian aid. He noted that these efforts exemplify humanitarian solidarity and effective crisis response, serving as a model for others.

The delegation expressed appreciation for the hospital’s vital role under current conditions. They acknowledged its continuous efforts to enhance health sector capacity and alleviate civilian suffering, which is crucial during these challenging times.
