First Edition Of Umrah And Ziyarah Forum Successfully Concludes In Madinah

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, in collaboration with the Pilgrim Experience Program, recently wrapped up the inaugural 'Umrah and Ziyarah (Visit) Forum' in Madinah. This three-day event brought together a diverse group of local and international stakeholders from the Umrah and visitation industry. The forum featured a rich program of interactive sessions, including dialogues, panel discussions, workshops, and an exhibition, offering insights into the latest offerings and sustainable solutions aimed at enhancing the sector.

The primary goal of the forum was to create a constructive dialogue and stimulate creativity to improve the journey of Umrah performers and visitors. It served as a vital platform for discussing challenges, opportunities, and recent advancements that could elevate the overall experience for those visiting the two holy mosques. Moreover, the event aimed to expand local and international connections to provide integrated solutions for the Umrah and visitation industry. Among these were the 'Artificial Intelligence in Umrah Competition', the 'Labbitom' award for digital solutions development, and the 'Historical and Enrichment Sites Hackathon'.
