Uganda Culture Events Conclude Successfully; Ethiopia Culture Days Set To Launch This Thursday
The Ministry of Media has wrapped up the Uganda Culture activities, part of the "Global Harmony 2" initiative. This event was organised alongside the General Entertainment Authority and the Quality of Life Program at Al-Suwaidi Park, a Riyadh Season zone. Over two days, Ugandan folk troupes showcased their culture through music and dance, drawing a significant number of visitors.
Ugandan performances highlighted traditional drums, rhythms, and string instruments. These elements were combined with various folk displays to present the depth and richness of Ugandan culture. The audience enjoyed African chants as drummers and musicians blended traditional folk heritage with performance styles typical in Uganda's festive occasions.

Following this event, Ethiopia Culture Days are set to commence on Thursday for three days. This program will feature folk troupes, singers, and influencers who will offer visitors insights into Ethiopian culture and daily life. The event promises artistic performances, traditional clothing displays, popular cuisine, and notable Ethiopian products and handicrafts.
The Ugandan community played a significant role during the events by gathering around the stage. They engaged with performers who delivered modern musical sets that combined traditional instruments with contemporary rhythms in a festive atmosphere. This interaction underscored the integral role of Ugandan folk vocals and melodies in their musical heritage.
The Ethiopian cultural showcase will also highlight the lives of Ethiopian residents in Saudi Arabia through their economic and social activities. Visitors will have the opportunity to experience a range of cultural expressions that reflect Ethiopia's aesthetics and traditions.
The Uganda Culture activities concluded successfully with vibrant performances that celebrated Ugandan musical heritage. The events not only entertained but also educated attendees about Uganda's rich cultural tapestry through music and dance.
