UAE President Receives Mohammed Bin Rashid Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid
President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan recently welcomed Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The meeting, held at Qasr Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi, was attended by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence.
During the gathering, His Highness the President congratulated Sheikh Mohammed on his recent graduation from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in the UK. He received the Sword of Honour for international students and achieved first place in academic and applied military studies, marking him as the first Emirati to earn both distinctions.
His Highness expressed pride in Sheikh Mohammed's accomplishments and those of all Emiratis who represent their nation with dedication and perseverance. He emphasised that these achievements demonstrate the capability of Emirati youth to excel both academically and professionally.
Sheikh Mohammed conveyed his gratitude to His Highness the President for his encouraging words. "His Highness’ remarks encourage me to strive for continued success," he stated, highlighting how such support motivates him to pursue further achievements.
The meeting saw the presence of several notable figures including Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi; Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in the Al Dhafra Region; and Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation.
Also attending were Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, Advisor to His Highness the UAE President; Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Development and Fallen Heroes' Affairs; and Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of Presidential Court for Special Affairs.
The event was further graced by other sheikhs, ministers, senior officials, UAE citizens, and guests who gathered to celebrate this significant achievement.
His Highness wished Sheikh Mohammed success in serving his country effectively in future endeavours. This meeting underscored a commitment to fostering excellence among Emirati youth through recognition and encouragement from national leaders.
