UAE President And Azerbaijani Minister Discuss Bilateral Relations And Shared Prosperity Goals
President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan today welcomed His Excellency Vilayat Eyvazov, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, at Qasr Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi. The meeting underscored the commitment to strengthening UAE-Azerbaijan relations.
During the meeting, His Excellency Vilayat Eyvazov conveyed greetings from His Excellency Ilham Aliyev, President of Azerbaijan. He expressed wishes for the UAE's continued prosperity and growth, highlighting the shared vision for sustainable development between the two nations.
In response, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed extended his greetings to President Ilham Aliyev and expressed his hopes for further development and prosperity for Azerbaijan and its people. The discussions focused on enhancing bilateral relations and cooperation to serve mutual interests.
The meeting was attended by several high-ranking officials from the UAE. Among them were His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court; H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi; and H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in Al Dhafra Region.
Other notable attendees included H.H. Sheikh Saif bin Mohammed Al Nahyan; H.H. Sheikh Suroor bin Mohammed Al Nahyan; H.H. Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Zayed Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation; and H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior.
The gathering also saw the presence of H.H. Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; H.H. Sheikh Khalid bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Zayed Higher Organisation for People of Determination (ZHO); and H.H. Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Development and Fallen Heroes’ Affairs.
Further attendees included H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; H.H. Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence; and Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Advisor for Special Affairs at the Presidential Court.
A number of other officials, UAE citizens, and guests were also present at this significant meeting.
