UAE President Sheikh Mohamed And King Hamad Attend Rabdan–Shuwaiman Joint Military Exercise In Bahrain
UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain attended the Rabdan–Shuwaiman 2025 military exercise in Bahrain. This joint exercise underscores the strong ties between the UAE and Bahrain, aiming to boost the readiness and operational capabilities of participating units.
The exercise included joint training activities designed to enhance planning and execution skills. It also focused on improving the performance of support and airborne units, preparing them for various operational scenarios across different conditions and environments.
During their visit, H.H. Sheikh Mohamed and King Hamad toured the training sites, greeting senior officers from both armed forces. They received a briefing on the exercise and an accompanying exhibition. King Hamad awarded medals for excellence and service to several UAE officers, recognising their contributions.
H.H. Sheikh Mohamed received a commemorative gift from Lieutenant General Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Adviser and Commander of the Royal Guard of Bahrain. Both leaders expressed appreciation for all participating units, praising their skill and professionalism throughout the exercise.
A delegation accompanied H.H., including H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai; H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister; H.H. Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan; along with ministers and senior officials.

Luncheon Hosted by King Hamad
King Hamad hosted a luncheon in honour of H.H. Sheikh Mohamed and his delegation. The two leaders engaged in cordial conversations that highlighted their countries' close ties and mutual commitment to strengthening these bonds for the benefit of both peoples.
At the conclusion of his visit, H.H. departed Bahrain, where he was bid farewell by King Hamad along with several sheikhs and senior officials. This visit further cemented the strong relationship between the UAE and Bahrain through shared military cooperation.
