UAE President Engages With Emirati Students In Korea To Strengthen Future Relations

President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met with several Emirati students studying at Korean universities and institutes during his state visit to the Republic of Korea. The meeting took place in Seoul, where His Highness engaged in friendly conversation with the students, discussing their academic specialisations and progress.

His Highness encouraged the students to persevere and excel in their studies, emphasising the importance of their contributions to the UAE's development through the knowledge and skills they acquire. He expressed his pleasure at meeting the students and following up on their wellbeing, affirming that Emirati students, whether at home or abroad, are of great importance to the UAE leadership.

He stressed that students play a crucial role in the future of UAE-Korea relations, noting the UAE's keen interest in learning from Korea's developmental experience and strengthening bilateral strategic partnerships across various sectors.

His Highness also mentioned that there are ambitious plans to further enhance these relations in the future. He added that the Korean people will experience the UAE through Emirati students, who embody its values, culture, and global standing. He encouraged them to learn about Korean culture to become cultural bridges between the two peoples, thereby enhancing bilateral ties.
