UAE President Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Celebrates Al Nahyan Family Weddings
President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan recently attended a wedding celebration at Al Mushrif Palace in Abu Dhabi. The event celebrated the marriages of Sheikh Zayed bin Saif bin Mohamed bin Khalifa Al Nahyan and Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Mohamed bin Khalid Al Nahyan to their respective brides, daughters of prominent members of the Al Nahyan family.
The President extended his heartfelt congratulations to the newlyweds and their families, wishing them joy and unity. He highlighted the significance of strong family bonds as essential for a cohesive society. His Highness stressed that nurturing children with values and patriotism is vital for the UAE's future growth.
Among those present were His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Deputy Prime Minister, along with H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi. Other notable attendees included H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, and several other distinguished leaders from across the UAE.
His Highness Sheikh Mohamed posed for photographs with the newlyweds and their families to commemorate this special occasion. The grooms expressed their gratitude to him for attending and sharing in their happiness.
The President emphasised that strengthening Emirati families remains central to national development efforts. He noted that fostering well-rounded individuals who love their country is crucial for ongoing progress in the UAE.
Also present were H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in Al Dhafra Region; H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in Al Ain Region; and several other esteemed members of the royal family and government officials.
The event was attended by numerous sheikhs, ministers, ambassadors, senior officials, invited guests, and relatives of the newlyweds. This gathering underscored the importance of family ties within Emirati culture.
The celebration brought together various dignitaries including H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah; H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman; and others from different emirates.
