UAE’s Olympic House In Paris 2024 Offers An Immersive Cultural And Sporting Journey
The UAE is welcoming visitors to its first-ever UAE Olympic House during the Olympic Games Paris 2024. This free initiative offers an immersive experience of Emirati culture at the heart of the Games, which run until 11th August. The UAE Olympic House is inspired by Sh’abi Houses, traditional Emirati homes.
Visitors can explore eight distinct rooms, each offering a unique experience. Al Sikka represents the beginning, a narrow pathway leading to other places. Al Majlis is where guests are welcomed and ideas are exchanged. Al Liwan connects different parts of the home, while Al Meydan is an open space for sports and activities.

Al Hiwi serves as a versatile courtyard for children's play and daily activities. Erth is a socialising area, and Al Dukkan is the place of memory. The UAE Olympic House also features three interactive augmented reality games inspired by traditional Emirati games, using the latest technology.
CaféErth has been designed for guests to relax and enjoy UAE-inspired food and drinks in a welcoming environment that blends tradition with modernity. Erth, meaning ‘legacy’, is a Michelin-star restaurant based in Abu Dhabi that provides an exclusive experience where past, present, and future converge.
As visitors leave the House, they pass through Al Dukkan, where they can purchase UAE-inspired gifts celebrating the rich stories of the Emirates. These products come from FOUNT, a concept store in Abu Dhabi specialising in contemporary twists on local crafts like palm weaving.
Strategic Location
The UAE Olympic House is strategically located in Rue Cambon near Place de la Concorde, where events are taking place in the urban park. It remains open to the public until 11th August from 10:00 to 20:00 throughout the Olympic period. Entrance is free of charge.
This initiative invites visitors to explore the rich cultural tapestry of the Emirates. It showcases the nation's deep heritage, innovative spirit, passion for sports, and renowned warm hospitality.
