UAE Ministry Of Interior Advances Public Services Through Project 2.0

In a significant stride towards enhancing government services, a delegation led by Mohamed bin Taliah, Head of Government Services at the Prime Minister’s Office, recently visited the Ministry of Interior's (MoI) headquarters. This visit was part of an assessment of Project 2.0's progress and its impact on service improvements. The delegation's engagement with the MoI's team underscored a collaborative effort to refine and elevate the quality of government services in the UAE.

During the visit, discussions with key MoI personnel, including Brigadier Nasser Khadem Al Kaabi, Director General of Happiness, and Lt. Colonel Mohamed Al Junaibi from the Abu Dhabi Police General HQs, were pivotal. Brigadier General Nasser Khadem Al Kaabi stressed the importance of evolving government services to be more adaptive, innovative, and prepared for future challenges. He underscored the adoption of new methodologies aimed at seamlessly meeting customer needs and enhancing societal well-being, thereby contributing to sustainable development.

UAE MoI Boosts Services with Project 2.0

Al Kaabi further elaborated on the proactive steps taken by the MoI in response to directives from the Prime Minister’s Office. An integrated team was formed to implement a series of solutions under Project 2.0, successfully achieving a 100 percent completion rate in enhancing critical services such as vehicle registration, vehicle transfer, and traffic file opening.

Major Ahmed Al Shamsi provided insights into the enhancements made across various Ministry of Interior services through a detailed presentation. These improvements are in line with the UAE government’s objective to elevate service quality, streamline customer experiences, and surpass expectations.

The visit highlighted the UAE government's commitment to adopting innovative approaches and methodologies to improve service delivery. By focusing on customer needs and societal well-being, the MoI aims to set a benchmark for excellence in government services, aligning with the nation's vision for sustainable development.
