UAE Ministry Recognises Partners In Revolutionary Manzili Housing Initiative

Suhail bin Mohammed Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, highlighted the Ministry's commitment to delivering high-quality services that align with the aspirations of both leadership and citizens. This statement was made during a ceremony held today to honour partners contributing to the Manzili bundle, recently approved by the UAE Cabinet.

The Manzili bundle offers 18 housing services to citizens through collaboration with 24 federal and local government entities. This initiative simplifies the customer journey by reducing the involved entities from 11 to 1 and the required documents from 10 to 2. Additionally, the procedures have been cut down from 14 to 3 steps, and the service fields from 32 to 5.

UAE's New Manzili Housing Boost

The ceremony saw attendance from representatives of various government entities that played a role in the success of this initiative. Al Mazrouei expressed gratitude towards these partners, acknowledging that their collaboration was key to making the Manzili bundle a reality.

Al Mazrouei stated, "The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, represented by the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program, is proud to be an active player in driving government housing. We fully realise the challenges our citizens face in finding decent residences, so we developed the Manzili bundle to provide a host of housing services through a unified platform."

He further added that Manzili is a significant step towards enhancing family stability by providing decent residences to citizens. The new bundle aims to remove bureaucracy from processes and supports goals related to digital transformation and technological solutions in future service design.

Collaboration and Innovation

The Minister emphasised that recognising partners reflects the Ministry’s commitment to enhancing cooperation with stakeholders to achieve its objectives. He said, "We look forward to further cementing our collaborative approach to integrate innovation and sustainability in our processes. Our partners play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions for our initiatives."

Al Mazrouei also mentioned that through joint efforts with partners, new initiatives are being developed that contribute to a better quality of life and improved environmental and economic sustainability.

Future Prospects

At the end of the ceremony, partners expressed their gratitude towards the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure for this recognition. They also affirmed their willingness to continue supporting government initiatives aimed at enhancing sustainable development in the UAE.
