UAE Media Council Partners With Arte Museum To Boost Cultural Experiences

The UAE Media Council has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Arte Museum, an exhibition linked to the Korean visual arts company "District." This agreement aims to foster collaboration in various areas, including providing media materials that align with Media Content Standards and granting permits for printing and circulating books related to arts, applied sciences, and tourism.

Arte Museum will also participate in the "Media Apprenticeship Programme," which focuses on training national talent in digital media and visual arts. This programme involves collaboration with experts and artists from South Korea and around the world. The partnership aims to support the media content industry by offering innovative audience experiences through diverse, high-quality media content that highlights the thriving media and cultural landscape in the UAE.

Maitha Majed AlSuwaidi, Chief Executive Officer of Strategy and Media Policy at the UAE Media Council, remarked: "This agreement is a major step forward in promoting collaboration between the public and private sectors. As we partner with Arte Museum to produce exceptional media content, we aim to streamline the workflow while ensuring the highest quality that adheres to local media regulations and standards."

Located within Dubai Mall, Arte Museum spans 2,800 square meters and offers a unique blend of entertainment and interactive experiences. Designed by District, a well-known Korean digital design firm, the museum features artworks themed around "eternal nature" across 14 distinct zones. Visitors can engage with interactive installations and digital experiences that enhance their understanding of creativity.

This partnership between the UAE Media Council and Arte Museum signifies a commitment to advancing media content quality while fostering cultural exchange. By combining resources and expertise from both entities, they aim to create enriching experiences for audiences in the UAE.
