UAE President And Emir Of Kuwait Exchange Top Honours, Cementing Strong Ties
In a significant ceremonial exchange underscoring the deep-rooted fraternity between the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait, President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan awarded His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait, the prestigious Order of Zayed. This accolade, the highest honour the UAE bestows on global leaders, celebrates the enduring fraternal relations and His Highness the Emir of Kuwait's contributions towards bolstering these ties.
The reciprocal honours did not end there, as His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah awarded His Highness the President the Order of Mubarak the Great. This gesture was in recognition of Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan's instrumental role in fortifying the bonds between the two nations and his unwavering efforts to promote unity and solidarity among Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states.

The award ceremony, held at Qasr Al Watan in Abu Dhabi during a state visit by His Highness the Emir of Kuwait to the UAE, symbolised mutual respect and shared aspirations for continued progress and prosperity. His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan remarked that bestowing the Order of Zayed upon His Highness the Emir of Kuwait not only reflects the UAE's deep respect and pride in their fraternal ties but also acknowledges His Highness the Emir’s significant efforts to enhance these relations across various domains.
