The UAE fuel price committee has declared the petrol and diesel rates for May 2024, marking a slight increase in petrol prices from April. Starting May 1, Super 98 petrol will be available at Dh3.34 a litre, up from Dh3.15. Special 95 petrol sees a rise to Dh3.22 per litre from Dh3.03, and E-Plus 91 petrol will be priced at Dh3.15 a litre, compared to Dh2.96 in April. In contrast, diesel prices will see a minor reduction, costing Dh3.07 a litre, down from Dh3.09 last month.
