UAE Announces Petrol And Diesel Prices For December 2024
The recent announcement by the UAE Fuel Price Committee has set the fuel prices for December 2024, marking another month of regulated fuel costs for residents and businesses across the Emirates. The prices have been detailed for various types of fuel, offering insights into the energy market's direction as the year comes to a close.
For motorists across the UAE, Super 98 petrol will now be available at Dh2.61 a litre, showing a decrease from the previous month's price of Dh2.74. Similarly, the price for Special 95 petrol will be set at Dh2.50 per litre, down from Dh2.63, offering a slight relief to drivers. E-Plus 91 petrol will also see a reduction in price, moving from Dh2.55 a litre in November to Dh2.43 a litre.
Diesel prices will experience a minimal increase, moving up by just one fils to Dh2.68 a litre from the November rate of Dh2.67. This indicates a stable trend in the diesel market, despite the fluctuations observed in petrol prices.
These adjustments in fuel prices are crucial for both individual consumers and businesses that rely heavily on transportation for their operations. The slight decrease in petrol prices can be seen as a positive development, potentially leading to lower operational costs for many.
This announcement by the UAE fuel price committee is part of their ongoing efforts to regulate fuel prices in the country, ensuring that they reflect global market conditions. The committee's decisions are closely watched by residents and businesses alike, as fuel costs directly impact household budgets and the overall economy.
