UAE Council For Balanced Development Initiates Landmark Masfout Gate Project In Ajman
The UAE Council for Balanced Development has initiated a significant project in Masfout, Ajman. This effort is part of their strategy to foster sustainable growth across the nation. The "Masfout Gate" project aims to enhance Emirati villages, improving essential services and facilities while preserving national identity and meeting modern development needs.

Its appeal has been recognised by the United Nations World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO), which named Masfout the "Best Tourism Village for 2025."

The project covers a built-up area of 500 square meters with a height of 16 meters.
