UAE's Operation Chivalrous Knight 3 Delivers Over 1,400 Tonnes Of Aid To Gaza Amid Ceasefire
Five convoys carrying humanitarian aid from the UAE have recently entered the Gaza Strip through the Rafah Border Crossing. This initiative is part of Operation Chivalrous Knight 3, aimed at supporting Palestinians amid current challenges. The convoys include 100 trucks transporting over 1,442 tonnes of aid, such as food, relief packages, shelter tents, and other essentials.
The UAE's humanitarian team stationed in Al Arish is responsible for overseeing the precise loading and delivery of aid through the Rafah Border Crossing. Their goal is to ensure that the assistance reaches those in need within Gaza. The team is dedicated to monitoring all field operations to guarantee quick and effective distribution.
Sultan Al Kaabi, who oversees humanitarian aid for Operation Chivalrous Knight 3, emphasized that their teams' presence ensures aid materials reach as many beneficiaries as possible in Gaza. The UAE has increased its humanitarian efforts since the ceasefire began, significantly boosting aid operations to support Palestinians facing harsh conditions.
Since the operation's inception, a total of 160 convoys have entered Gaza under Operation Chivalrous Knight 3. These convoys have delivered approximately 31,026 tonnes of humanitarian assistance. This substantial contribution aims to alleviate the difficult humanitarian situation and ease the suffering of vulnerable groups by providing essential needs.
