Korean Startups Showcase Innovations At Biban 24 Forum To Boost Saudi Entrepreneurship
Twenty Korean companies are actively participating in the Biban 24 Forum, themed "Global Destination for Opportunities." This event is designed to offer Saudi entrepreneurs a chance to represent these companies locally. By doing so, they can help these businesses enter the Saudi market through the creation of specialised e-stores showcasing diverse products.
The products from Korean companies are mainly divided into three categories: cosmetics, care devices and tools, and beauty accessories. These items highlight the latest innovations in beauty and care from Korea. This initiative provides a valuable opportunity for entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to establish quality partnerships with Korean firms, boosting growth and expansion in the local market.

This participation aligns with the Biban 24 Forum's goals, which include opening new investment avenues for entrepreneurs. The forum supports the establishment of startups and introduces them to investment opportunities available in both public and private sectors. It also aims to strengthen Saudi Arabia's position as a global hub for entrepreneurship by attracting foreign investments, fostering innovation, and creating an ideal environment for turning ideas into tangible projects.
As part of the Biban 24 Forum, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at) and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups of Korea. This agreement focuses on developing innovative projects between the two nations and enhancing collaboration in entrepreneurship.
The Biban 24 Forum is recognised as one of the leading international events centred on entrepreneurship. It gathers over 250 speakers and 150 supporting entities while offering more than 420 workshops. This unique platform allows entrepreneurs to engage with both local and international experts, promoting a culture of innovation as they embark on their business ventures.
This forum presents significant opportunities for entrepreneurs to form strategic alliances with Korean companies. Such partnerships are expected to enhance growth prospects within Saudi Arabia's local market by introducing innovative products from Korea.
The Biban 24 Forum continues to play a crucial role in fostering entrepreneurial growth by providing a platform where ideas can be transformed into successful projects. Through this initiative, Saudi Arabia aims to solidify its status as a global centre for entrepreneurship.
