The Big Heart Foundation Launches Its Annual Back To School Campaign For Students In Need

The Big Heart Foundation (TBHF), a global humanitarian organisation, has initiated its yearly "Back to School" campaign. This initiative aims to support refugees and those in need worldwide. The campaign encourages community involvement through a packing event at City Centre Al Zahia from August 21 to August 31, where participants can purchase and fill boxes with essential school supplies.

At the heart of this campaign is the commitment to fostering an empowering learning environment at 'The Big Heart Educational Center', established in 2019. A donation of AED200 provides one student with a complete set of school supplies, including a backpack, pencil case, pencils, pens, erasers, sharpeners, notebooks, and a water bottle.

For those wishing to make a more significant impact, there are sponsorship options available. Supporting a student's education for a month costs AED500, while sponsoring them for an entire year requires AED7,000. Additionally, sponsoring a full classroom of 15 students for one year costs AED105,000. These contributions directly enhance students' enthusiasm and ability to continue their education.

Alya Obaid Al Musaiebi, Director of TBHF, stated: "The Big Heart Foundation firmly believes in the power of collective action, and with the community’s generous support for our ‘Back to School’ campaign, we can make a sustainable difference. Together, we empower these bright young minds at our Educational Center, removing barriers and providing the tools they need; from resources to nurturing environments; so they can confidently pursue their dreams and achieve their utmost potential."

Donations can be made through various channels. Supporters can visit TBHF's official website at tbhf.ae/bts2025 or use SMS via bigh.appgain.io/ml/BtjfE. Contributions are also accepted through YallaGive at yallagive.com Back-to-School Campaign or by bank transfer using Account No. 0011-430430-034. Alternatively, individuals may contact the Foundation directly at +971 50 535 0152.

This campaign not only provides essential supplies but also connects donors directly with the cause. By participating in this initiative, individuals contribute to creating better educational opportunities for students in need.
