The Tourism Development Fund (TDF) and Karisma Hotels & Resorts International have embarked on a strategic partnership, as announced in a recent press release. This collaboration, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed on 17th April at the International Hospitality Investment Forum (IHIF) in Berlin, aims to explore the development of luxury resorts across Saudi Arabia.
