Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, officially opened "Tawdheef × Zaheb 2025" at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). This event gathers key government and private organisations with thousands of Emirati job seekers. It aims to explore future career opportunities from 18th to 20th November, operating daily from 09:00 to 16:00.
The event aligns with President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan's vision to invest in people and equip youth with skills for the digital economy and artificial intelligence. The UAE labour market is rapidly evolving towards technology-driven roles, highlighting the need for collaboration between government, education, and the private sector.
National reports show a growing demand for digital and AI skills. According to PwC’s AI Jobs in the UAE 2025 Report, demand for AI-related skills doubled between 2021 and 2024. The Digital Skills in Dubai Report also emphasises the necessity for widespread digital reskilling across the workforce.

This trend underscores the importance of events like Tawdheef × Zaheb in preparing young Emiratis for future challenges.
Tawdheef × Zaheb 2025 offers various career-development features such as CV clinics, mock interviews, training on AI tools, career guidance, and specialised workshops in data, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. More than 100 entities are participating in this initiative.
