Tarshid HQ in Riyadh Achieves LEED Platinum

Last year, Tarshid's headquarters also achieved LEED Platinum status in the "Interior Design and Construction for Commercial Buildings" category. This new certification builds on that success, further cementing its commitment to sustainability. The building's unique architectural design includes an external façade that reduces thermal loads while maximising natural light.

Inside the facility, advanced energy management systems are installed. These include motion detectors, daylight harvesting sensors, carbon dioxide monitors, and an integrated Building Management System (BMS). These technologies work together to optimise energy use within the building.
