TAQA Distribution And Aldar Collaborate To Develop Sustainable Communities In Abu Dhabi

TAQA Distribution, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA), has partnered with Aldar to foster sustainable community development in Abu Dhabi. The collaboration was formalised by Omar Al Hashmi, CEO of TAQA Distribution, and Adel Abdulla Albreiki, CEO of Aldar Projects. This partnership aims to enhance utility services and operational efficiency for the emirate.

TAQA Distribution will leverage its expertise in utility network planning and operation. They will provide both interim and permanent electricity and water solutions. Evaluating infrastructure designs and supporting private utility networks are also part of their role. The integration of innovative, energy-efficient technologies is a key focus.

The partnership will also explore digital innovations in utility services. These include condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and data-driven performance management. Such advancements aim to ensure long-term reliability and cost optimisation for Aldar’s future projects.
