Sustainable City 2.0 Unveiled By SEE Holding At AIM Congress 2025: A Vision For The Future

The Annual Investment Meeting (AIM) Congress 2025 in Abu Dhabi marked the unveiling of Sustainable City 2.0 (TSC 2.0), an innovative urban development by SEE Holding. This AI-driven city is designed to be net-zero and focuses on human-centric living. It transforms waste into resources, either repurposing, recycling, or converting it into energy, thereby supporting a resilient circular economy.

In TSC 2.0, the climate is moderated through both passive and active design strategies, including evaporative cooling and micro wind turbines. The city promotes fully electric and autonomous mobility with shared e-cars, e-bikes, and self-driving shuttles. Homes are equipped for seamless delivery via last-mile robots and drone pads, enhancing convenience for residents.

Beyond its technological advancements, this city prioritises people. Neighbourhoods are pedestrian-friendly and surrounded by nature. Wellness infrastructure includes motion-activated running tracks, solar-heated pools, and energy-efficient gyms. These features aim to improve residents' quality of life while promoting sustainability.

Education in TSC 2.0 is immersive and future-oriented with next-generation classrooms and labs that bring ideas to life. Healthcare is proactive, utilising digital monitoring systems for well-being tracking and early intervention. Every aspect of the city is crafted to provide more time for residents to connect with each other in a sustainable community.

Faris Saeed, Chairman and CEO of SEE Holding, emphasised the project's immediate relevance: "This is not a vision of the distant future.
