Sultan Bin Ahmed Celebrates Achievements At University Of Sharjah's Fall 2024 Graduation Ceremony
H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and President of the University of Sharjah, attended the graduation ceremony for bachelor’s degree students. Held at University City Hall, the event celebrated 472 graduates from different colleges. The ceremony began with the UAE national anthem and a recitation from the Holy Quran.
Dr. Hamid Al Nuaimi, Chancellor of the University of Sharjah, expressed his gratitude to Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed for his support and presence. He congratulated the graduates on their achievements and extended best wishes to them and their families. Dr. Al Nuaimi acknowledged their dedication and effort in reaching this milestone.
Dr. Hamid Majul Al Nuaimi highlighted the university's commitment to providing a diverse range of knowledge areas. He noted that being part of this esteemed institution is a source of pride. The degrees awarded by the university are recognised for excellence and motivate graduates to excel in their fields.
"The University has provided students with essential competencies and skills required to meet job market challenges," he stated. This education instills confidence in graduates as they embark on careers as engineers, legal professionals, and specialists in various fields.
Dr. Al Nuaimi expressed gratitude for parental support during students' educational journeys. He congratulated parents on their children's accomplishments and wished them success in contributing to society and their homelands.
During the ceremony, Mohammad Abdullah Al Shammari, an engineering graduate, delivered a speech representing his peers. He thanked Allah for guiding them to this momentous occasion, marking it as both an end and a beginning.

Al Shammari expressed loyalty and gratitude to H.H. Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi for his legacy linked with the university.
