Sultan Bin Ahmed Al Qasimi Reviews Judicial Services During Visit To Sharjah Court
H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Judicial Council, visited Sharjah Court on Wednesday. He was welcomed by Sheikh Faisal bin Ali bin Abdullah Al Mualla, Secretary-General of the Judicial Council, along with other council members. The visit included Dr. Mansour bin Nassar, Judge Dr. Mohammed Obaid Al Kaabi, Judge Ahmed Abdullah Al Mulla, Judge Dr. Omar Obaid Al Ghoul, Judge Abdulrahman Sultan bin Taliah, Judge Dr. Salama Rashid Salem Tamim Al Ketbi, and Counselor Anwar Amin Al Harmoudi.
During his tour of the Judicial Court's corridors, H.H. Sheikh Sultan received updates on the court's operations and services. He listened to explanations about the judicial and legal services offered to both customers and employees within the judicial system. His visit also included meetings with members of the judiciary and public prosecutors, where he extended his best wishes for their success in their duties.
The Chairman inspected the Customer Happiness Centre to understand efforts made to enhance customer service experiences. He learned about initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and ensuring customer comfort while accessing court services. These efforts are part of a broader strategy to elevate all services provided by the court.
H.H. Sheikh Sultan explored various departments and courts with different specialisations such as primary, appeal, civil, commercial, criminal, misdemeanour, labour, and Sharia courts. He was briefed on the range of judicial services available in these areas. Additionally, he visited the Forensic Medicine Department and Public Prosecutor's Office to gain insights into their operations.
The visit highlighted ongoing collaboration with the Ministry of Justice and federal authorities to ensure a seamless transition in Sharjah's judicial system. This cooperation aims to maintain uninterrupted judicial services throughout this transitional phase.
The tour concluded with an overview of administrative offices and support services within the court complex. H.H. Sheikh Sultan's visit underscored his commitment to enhancing judicial processes in Sharjah through continuous improvement and collaboration with relevant authorities.
This engagement reflects a dedication to fostering a robust judicial framework that serves both legal professionals and citizens effectively in Sharjah.
