His Highness emphasised his commitment to supporting families through District councils. He aims to understand family dynamics and address their needs, ensuring a decent life for all. His Highness stressed creating jobs with generous salaries to help families cope with rising living costs.

He also highlighted the importance of financial literacy education, including saving and budgeting skills through regular lectures. Additionally, he called for lessons on child-rearing and protecting children to be shared within communities.

Following this, His Highness proceeded to inaugurate the state-of-the-art Operations Centre in the Operations Department building. This centre is equipped with advanced software systems incorporating artificial intelligence for efficient management of reports and security tasks.

The centre ensures effective connectivity between all police departments' operations rooms through precise digital procedures. It integrates network systems with partners like traffic signal cameras across Sharjah's roads and streets.

His Highness awarded 14 officers from the emirate’s regular forces with the Sharjah Police Medal for outstanding service. Among those honoured were Major General Jassim Mohammed Al Khayal and Brigadier Dr. Mohammed Khamis Al Othmani.

The honours extended to various other officers who demonstrated exceptional performance in their roles within different departments, recognising their contributions to maintaining security in Sharjah.

His Highness was briefed on upcoming projects like the Special Tasks Department and Sharjah Police Club. These initiatives aim to enhance police operations and improve security infrastructure across Sharjah.

The goal is to create an integrated environment that supports strategic objectives while improving community quality of life and maintaining security stability throughout the emirate.

Sheikh Dr. Sultan approved promotions for 4,138 military personnel within Sharjah's regular forces, including those in various departments such as the Emiri Guard General Command and Civil Defence Authority.

The promotions include 3,767 members from the Sharjah Police General Command alone, comprising both officers and non-commissioned officers. These promotions are implemented retroactively as part of His Highness's support for military personnel.

Sheikh Dr. Sultan explained that prisons should focus on reform rather than punishment. He stressed that discipline should involve treating individuals kindly while paying attention to those who have committed offenses.

This approach aims at rehabilitating individuals by providing them with conditions ensuring a dignified life instead of treating them as criminals deserving punishment.

The Ruler of Sharjah outlined plans for addiction rehabilitation through a dedicated centre overseen by the Sharjah Health Authority. This centre will provide necessary services focusing on psychological healing for recovery seekers.

His Highness recommended addressing addiction issues with reason and compassion while wishing success to all working in this sector who sacrifice immensely for public safety.
