Two Holy Mosques' Ramadan Plan Declared A Success By Religious Affairs Presidency

The Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has recently shared insights into the successful execution of their plan for Ramadan 1445 AH. This initiative was aimed at enhancing the spiritual and devotional atmosphere for worshippers and pilgrims visiting the Two Holy Mosques, thereby enriching their experience. The strategy was designed to work in synergy with various government agencies and partners to ensure a seamless and enriching experience for millions of visitors.

Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sudais, the President of Religious Affairs for the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, during a meeting with senior staff, highlighted the success of the Ramadan plan. This year marked a significant milestone as it was the first Ramadan following the introduction of the Presidency of Religious Affairs. Dr. Al-Sudais attributed this success to the unwavering support and care from the Saudi leadership, which played a crucial role in achieving these results.

Ramadan Plan Success at Holy Mosques

Dr. Al-Sudais further elaborated on the concerted efforts made to establish an integrated religious service system that aligns with international standards. These efforts have been instrumental in continuing Saudi Arabia's success in promoting its moderate Islamic message globally, emphasizing tolerance, moderation, and the significant role of the Kingdom in serving the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors.

The Presidency has effectively enhanced the status of the Two Holy Mosques as centers for presenting the true image of Islam, focusing on its authenticity, tolerance, and moderate approach. This achievement was made possible through various means including leveraging technology, digitization, modern media, and smart applications, all while ensuring governance and measuring impact and visitor satisfaction.

Looking ahead, the Religious Presidency is preparing a study to further build on this success and turn any challenges into opportunities that will benefit visitors to the Two Holy Mosques.
