Strong Buyer Demand Highlights Launch Success Of BEEAH’s Khalid Bin Sultan City In Sharjah

BEEAH has announced remarkable sales for the initial phase of Khalid Bin Sultan City, its premier real estate project. During the launch at BEEAH Headquarters, one residential section sold out completely. This strong buyer interest highlights Sharjah's increasing demand for sustainable and design-focused communities, reinforcing its status as a vibrant real estate market in the UAE.

The first phase introduced over 400 freehold homes in Sharjah’s Rodhat Al Sidr area. This location offers excellent connectivity to Emirates Road via Al Dhaid and Khorfakkan Road, ensuring easy access to all emirates. The development includes townhouses with two to four bedrooms and standalone villas featuring four or five bedrooms. Completion is expected by 2029, with handovers occurring gradually.

BEEAH’s Khalid Bin Sultan City Sees Strong Demand

Khalid Bin Sultan City is envisioned as a model for future living, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects. It features net-zero-ready infrastructure, renewable energy systems, AI-driven digital services, and sustainable mobility across seven neighbourhoods. A central park connects these districts, offering jogging tracks and pools to enhance community wellbeing and promote health and recreation.

Due to high demand, preparations are underway to launch the next phase of townhouses and villas soon. Khaled Al Huraimel, Group CEO and Vice Chairman of BEEAH, stated: "We are proud to see this level of demand for Khalid Bin Sultan City. The response to our phase 1 launch underscores how strongly the market is embracing Sharjah as a destination for smart, sustainable living."

Nada Taryam, CEO of Real Estate at BEEAH, expressed that Khalid Bin Sultan City embodies their vision for future cities where sustainability is seamless and design enhances everyday life. "It is more than a place to live. It is a place to belong, to grow, and to be part of something greater," she said.

The city mirrors Sharjah’s cultural identity while leading in climate-smart urbanism focused on people. The broader masterplan will feature 1,500 homes alongside a cultural centre, retail spaces, lifestyle areas, and public art integrated into green infrastructure.

This project not only signifies commercial success but also shows a clear demand for communities built on climate-conscious design and innovation. BEEAH aims to establish a new standard for integrated urban development in the region through this initiative.
