In December 2024, Strata completed the IUP radar antenna panel project with Thales. This marked a major milestone after successful manufacturing and factory acceptance testing. Initiated in 2023, this project underscores Strata's engineering prowess and represents its first fully designed metallic airframe product.
Strata expanded beyond aerospace by forming innovative partnerships in new sectors. Collaborating with UAE-based SWS Board Technology, Strata repurposed aerospace materials for high-performance sports products. This move highlights its commitment to sustainability. Additionally, Strata entered the marine sports sector by partnering with SailGP to manufacture components for high-speed F50 catamarans.
Working with the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre, Strata contributed significantly to the "Mohammed Bin Zayed Sat" satellite's manufacturing components. It produced mechanical parts and flat panels equipped with high-grade aluminium designed for extreme space conditions. This satellite is now orbiting Earth as the region's most advanced satellite.
Strata's advanced manufacturing capabilities consistently meet stringent client standards globally. It produces critical aerospace components such as Airbus A330 Flap Track Fairings and Boeing 787 Vertical Fin Ribs. Other products include Pilatus PC-24 Flap Track Fairings and Leonardo ATR Vertical Fins.
