He pointed out that books play a crucial role in shaping children's personalities and enhancing their intellectual and language skills. The authority's theme for the festival is "Let books flood your world."
SPEA's presence at the festival reflects its mission to inspire discovery and critical thinking among students. By encouraging reading, they aim to cultivate habits that expand knowledge and creativity. This aligns with Sharjah's educational goals of developing a generation with strong cultural awareness and creative thinking abilities.
The festival offers a wide array of activities designed to engage students in various forms of expression. These include storytelling sessions, art workshops, Quran learning activities, Arabic language classes, stage performances, choir shows, science workshops, poetry recitations, and student debates.
These events provide students with platforms to express themselves through art, writing, and discussion. Such opportunities are vital for developing critical and creative thinking skills in young learners. SPEA's involvement ensures that students can explore different avenues of learning beyond traditional classroom settings.
