Soudah Development Collaborates With Parsons For ‘Soudah Peaks’ Luxury Tourism Project
Soudah Development (SD), a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), has recently entered into a strategic partnership with Parsons Corporation. This collaboration is aimed at providing project and construction management consultancy services for the ambitious "Soudah Peaks" project. This initiative is a significant step towards enhancing luxury tourism within Saudi Arabia, aligning with the broader objectives of Vision 2030.
The agreement encompasses comprehensive project management and site supervision responsibilities for Soudah Peaks. This development is distinguished by its division into six unique zones: Tahlal, Sahab, Sabrah, Jareen, Rijal, and Red Rock. Each zone is designed to offer a distinct experience, contributing to the overall allure of Soudah Peaks as a premier mountain tourism destination.

Eng. Saleh Aloraini, CEO of Soudah Development, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership with Parsons, highlighting it as a significant advancement towards realizing their vision for a luxury tourism experience. He emphasized the commitment to sustainability, high-end hospitality, and the development of ultra-luxury facilities to ensure an unparalleled living experience for visitors.
Pierre Santoni, President of Parsons Infrastructure for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, also shared his excitement about contributing to one of the key projects under Saudi Arabia's national transformation blueprint, Vision 2030. He noted that the project's focus on preserving environmental integrity and enhancing the surrounding area resonates with Parsons' core values.
Soudah Peaks stands as Saudi Arabia's highest point at 3,015 meters above sea level. It spans the extraordinary mountainous terrain of Soudah and Rijal Almaa, offering visitors breathtaking views and a unique luxury mountain tourism experience.
