Empowerment At Heart: Sheikha Latifa Attends Dubai Special Needs Centre's Annual Concert
H.H. Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) and Member of the Dubai Council, recently graced the Dubai Centre for Special Needs’ (DCSN) annual concert, themed "I Have a Dream". This event underscored the unwavering commitment of Dubai's leadership to support and empower People of Determination, aligning with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.
During her visit, Sheikha Latifa lauded the Centre's pivotal role in fostering the talents and abilities of its students. She emphasized the importance of providing a nurturing environment that encourages educational growth, skill development, societal integration, and the achievement of excellence across various fields for People of Determination.

Dr. Abdullah Al Khayat, Chairman of the Board of Directors at DCSN, in his speech, acknowledged the Centre's significant progress over the years. He expressed gratitude towards Sheikha Latifa for her continuous support and highlighted DCSN's adherence to international standards in offering top-notch services to People of Determination.
Dr. Mahshid Salehi, Director of DCSN, also extended her appreciation to Sheikha Latifa. She pointed out that this year's concert theme reflected the dreams and ambitions of their students. Salehi reiterated the Centre's commitment to providing exceptional services that foster the artistic, practical, and vocational talents of its students.
The concert featured musical theatrical performances by several students from DCSN, showcasing their unique artistic talents and creativity. The event was attended by notable figures including Hessa bint Essa Buhumaid, Director-General of the Community Development Authority in Dubai; Major General Ahmed Mohammed Rafie, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Administration Affairs at Dubai Police; and DCSN Board Members Kamal Hamza, Abdullah Matar, and Saeed Khalfan.
