Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Marks 30th Edition Of Dubai International Boat Show

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, recently graced the 30th edition of the Dubai International Boat Show. This event, held at Dubai Harbour and organized by the Dubai World Trade Centre, stands as the Middle East's most significant marine lifestyle exhibition. His Highness highlighted the show's growth over three decades, paralleling Dubai's evolution into a global maritime, tourism destination, and an international nexus for diverse cultures and industries.

The Dubai International Boat Show showcases over 1,000 brands from 55 countries, drawing the attention of the global nautical industry. The five-day event features more than 200 crafts, underscoring its status as a premier marine lifestyle event. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed emphasized the UAE's commitment to leveraging its historical strengths to foster innovation and technology in vital sectors, including the maritime industry.

Dubai Boat Show Celebrates 30th Edition

During his visit, His Highness was briefed on the latest innovations and technologies on display. These advancements are not only revolutionizing the maritime sector but are also steering it towards a more sustainable future. Accompanying His Highness were Helal Saeed Al Marri, Director General of Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism and Dubai World Trade Centre Authority; and Saeed Mohammed Hareb, Secretary General of Dubai Sports Council, and Senior Advisor to Dubai International Boat Show.

Since its inception in 1992, the Dubai International Boat Show has expanded in both size and reputation, establishing itself as one of the world's most prestigious boat shows. The 30th edition, running from 28 February to 3 March, highlights the craftsmanship of leading boatbuilders and offers an array of water sports, aviation, supercars, high-end fashion, and marine-inspired art. This year's event also serves as a pivotal platform for premiering new innovations, launching new products, and exploring business opportunities with global leaders in the maritime industry.
