Legal Framework
The decrees come into effect from their date of issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette. Importantly, Decree No. (14) of 2024 also annuls previous decrees related to TEC appointments dating back to 2005, ensuring a streamlined legal framework moving forward.
This restructuring within Dubai's highest echelons of governance reflects a strategic vision aimed at enhancing the emirate's administrative efficiency and responsiveness to its developmental goals. With these appointments, Dubai reaffirms its commitment to leadership excellence and strategic governance in line with its vision for future growth.
