EIEV's 2024-2025 Season To Feature Eight Endurance Races Approved By Sheikh Mansour

His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court, has given his approval for the race programme at the Emirates International Endurance Village (EIEV) for the 2024-2025 season. This programme includes eight races across various categories.

The President of UAE Endurance Cup race is scheduled for 9th February 2025. This event will take place in Al Wathba and will cover a distance of 160 kilometres (km). The first race of the new season, known as the National Day Cup, will start on 1st December. It will coincide with the UAE's National Day celebrations and span a distance of 120 km.

The Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak for Private Stables – Ladies Endurance Cup CEN 100 km ride is set for 7th December. Following this, the Sheikha Fatima bint Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan Ladies Endurance Cup CEN 100 km ride will occur on 18th January 2025. The Sheikh Mohammed bin Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan Endurance Cup for Private Owners CEN 100 km ride is planned for the next day.

The Abu Dhabi Festival Endurance Ride for Ladies CEN 100 km ride is scheduled for 14th February 2025. The following day will feature the Sheikh Zayed bin Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan Endurance Cup for Private Owners CEN 100 km ride. On the third day, the Abu Dhabi Festival Open Endurance Cup CEN 120 km ride will mark the end of the racing season at the village.

Musallam Al Ameri, Director-General of EIEV, expressed gratitude towards His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan. He appreciated His Highness's support and interest in the races and events hosted by EIEV. He also highlighted that preparations at Emirates International Endurance Village are complete to welcome the new season's races.
