Sheikh Hamdan Engages With Dubai's Philanthropic Businessmen To Bolster City's Humanitarian Efforts
H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, recently emphasized the critical role of charitable and humanitarian initiatives in enhancing Dubai's global stature and contributing to its developmental success. This sentiment aligns with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, highlighting the emirate's inherent drive towards benevolence.
During a meeting with influential Dubai businessmen, Sheikh Hamdan acknowledged their significant support for the emirate's humanitarian efforts, which complements their economic contributions. These businessmen have been instrumental in partnering with the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI), an organization that has been pivotal in transforming the lives of millions globally through its extensive range of projects and programs over two decades.

Sheikh Hamdan praised MBRGI for its monumental impact on underprivileged communities worldwide, noting that in 2022 alone, over 30 charitable entities under MBRGI reached more than 102 million people across 100 countries. He expressed gratitude towards the philanthropists for their dedication to charity initiatives and discussed Dubai's humanitarian work and their role in mitigating human suffering.
