Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Highlights Leadership Development At UAE Government Leaders Programmes 2025 Meeting
H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Ajman Executive Council, emphasised the importance of nurturing future national leaders. He stated that this requires a long-term commitment to intellectual growth and empowering Emirati talents. His remarks were made during a meeting with participants of the "UAE Government Leaders Programmes 2025" at the Ruler’s Court in Ajman.
The UAE is dedicated to investing in its people, as highlighted by H.H. Sheikh Ammar. Under the leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and supported by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, the nation aims to empower young talents to lead in various sectors.
H.H. Sheikh Ammar praised the programme's participants for their dedication and acknowledged the efforts of those organising it. The programme aims to prepare proactive Emirati leaders who can influence and drive change in a rapidly changing global environment.
Omar Sultan Al Olama, Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications, was present during the visit. He noted that the UAE government has become a leading example of modern governance due to its visionary leadership at both federal and local levels.
The programme's participants expressed gratitude for H.H. Sheikh Ammar's support and his willingness to engage with them directly. They appreciated his commitment to fostering their development as future leaders.
