Sheikh Al-Sudais Urges Pilgrims To Recite Talbiyah Until Stoning Of Jamrat Al-Aqaba
Pilgrims embarking on Hajj are encouraged by Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sudais to recite the Talbiyah frequently. This devotional prayer should be uttered from the moment they enter ihram until they start stoning Jamrat Al-Aqaba on Eid day. The Talbiyah is a significant part of the pilgrimage, symbolising devotion and submission.
Sheikh Al-Sudais has provided guidance for the Day of Tarwiyah, stressing adherence to prophetic traditions. Pilgrims are advised to wash, cleanse, and apply perfume before entering ihram. Men should wear the traditional izar and rida', while women can choose any modest attire that covers them, avoiding niqab and gloves.

For those offering the hady, entering ihram can be done from their current location, whether in Makkah or elsewhere. Pilgrims performing Ifrad or Qiran need only renew their intention for Hajj in their hearts while remaining in their original ihram.
Pilgrims are advised to head to Mina before noon on the Day of Tarwiyah. However, Sheikh Al-Sudais clarified that leaving later incurs no blame. In Mina, pilgrims can perform Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, Isha, and Fajr prayers at their prescribed times. These prayers should be shortened but not combined, except for Maghrib and Fajr which are prayed in full.
Spending the night in Mina before the Day of Arafah is recommended by Sheikh Al-Sudais. He encourages engaging in prayer and supplication during this time. Pilgrims are urged to ask Allah for acceptance of their rituals and a successful Hajj experience.
